Camp Schedule
When you sign up for Summer Social, your child joins a 4-day, half-day camp (Monday through Thursday) full of fun and learning! Each day mixes small group interventions with exciting camp activities. On the first day, we dive into Social Thinking concepts tied to a weekly theme, then we get busy with kid-tested games and activities to help campers practice their new skills in fun, creative ways.
We also take 1-2 weekly outings around Vancouver, giving campers a chance to apply what they’ve learned in the real world! Treatment goals are set by our directors with input from campers and staff, and progress is tracked throughout camp. Parents can join Parent Talk Time at the end of camp to review goals, ask questions, and get tips for supporting their child at home.

We offer two weeks of camp—sign up for one or both! Each week features different activities, outings, and field trips, so there’s always something new to enjoy!

Tiny Explorers
Ages 5-8 from 9:00 AM -12:00 PM
All our campers gather at the same awesome location, but our younger campers will have their own, separate space onsite!
The curriculum will be specially designed just for them, featuring a mix of small and group activities focused on learning about themselves, connecting with others, and building communication skills.
Plus, Little Campers will get to go on 1-2 fun outings around Vancouver to practice their new skills in the real world!

Trailblazers
Ages 9 - 13 from 9:00 AM -12:00 PM
All our campers meet at the same awesome location, but our older campers will head to their own cool space where they will enjoy activities and lessons designed just for them.
We focus on communication, personal responsibility, and self-management skills to help them grow and become more independent.
Plus, everyone gets to join in on 1-2 exciting outings around Vancouver to put those new skills to the test!

Parent Talk Time
July 10th & 17th 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Our Parent Talk Time happens once a week via Zoom during each week of camp, making it super easy for parents to join in from anywhere! It’s a great chance for caregivers to meet with our directors and program managers to review learning goals, lesson content, cueing strategies, and individual progress.

Attending Parent Talk Time is super important for helping your child continue their growth beyond camp. We ask that caregivers attend one session per week that their child is at camp to stay connected and support their progress!
Camp Cost
The costs below cover 4 action-packed days of camp (Monday - Thursday). If your child has Autism Funding, you can use those funds to help cover the cost of camp!

For families using Autism Funding, we ask for a $250 deposit at registration to lock in your child's spot once they’re accepted into Summer Social. Don't worry—the deposit will be refunded once we receive the full funding from AFU.

For families without Autism Funding, full payment is due when you register after your child is enrolled in the camp.
